On orders exceeding 10 lots (100 mylar or 1000 latex balloons) we offer even more of a discount if you request what we call an email invoice. For all non-credit card orders exceeding 500 but not more than 1000, deduct 5%, for non-credit card orders exceeding 1000 but not more than 2000 deduct 10% On orders exceeding 100 mylar or 1000 latex balloons, the charge for shipping is actual, there are no hidden charges. If you wish to take advantage of any of the discounts explained above, be sure to request an email invoice and do not use the shopping cart. It can not offer discounts if you order more than ten lots (100) of our mylar balloons. Be sure to note the item number(s), a short description, your billing and or shipping address and we will do the rest. Be sure to use only a long, narrow-tipped mylar balloon inflator, not the typical rubber-tipped latex balloon inflator or damage to the self sealer will definitely occur and you may possibly over inflate your mylar balloons. You can order any style or design as long as they are in lots of 10, no returns or credit issued except for manufactures defects or shipments damaged in transit. If you believe your order was damaged in shipment, contact our customer service department immediately via email so we may file an insurance claim against the carrier. Failure to do so in a timely manner may force us to not honor your request for a credit or refund. No returns accepted without an RMA number, no RMA will be issued on orders received in excess of 10 business days. If your order is sent back to us because you either provided an incorrect address, were unavailable when our shipper arrived and or your order was returned to us because you either refused the shipment or failed to retrieve it in a timely manner; there is a 15% restocking fee, and we DO NOT refund the cost for shipping and you pay all return fees CANCELLATION FEE: Should you elect to cancel all or part of your order after it has been processed and sent to fulfillment, there is a mandatory cancellation fee of either $10 or 10% of your total purchase price whichever is greater. Shipping fees will be refunded but once orders have been shipped we are unable to cancel.
