We use the time honored proven method of silkscreen to print your message. This means that your image does not fade or crack when your balloons are inflated.

Typically our standard color 11"/28cm imprinted latex balloons that are one color and printed only on one side cost about 38 cents each, but for this price you must order a minimum of 250 balloons; these are sent to you uninflated. There is a standard setup fee of $25 for all one sided orders and you will need to pay for the actual cost for shipping.

The more you order, the less each balloon eventually will cost. 500 balloons will cost 33 cents each and 1000 balloons will cost but 25 cents each. These prices are for a single color imprint on any standard color 11 inch latex balloon; you may mix the colors of the actual balloons but for this price the image is still only one color printed on one side.

If you want the balloons to be printed on both sides, the cost will increase another 30 cents for each balloon for orders up to 250. For orders more than 250 but not more than 500 the cost is 40 cents more for each balloon. For orders exceeding 500 where the print is to be made on both sides, the cost will be only 15 cents more per balloon. This is but one color, for additional colors or multicolored imprints, please refer to the following price structure or contact us by telephone or email for pricing plans.

For two sided prints, both same color and the of the same image; add $40 per 500 or less, each additional 500; add another $40 per 1000 or less. Two sided prints, different colors each side, add $30 for plate wash and $30 per 500 or less.

Second color same side, add $35 for an additional plate and setup fee plus an additional $50 per 500 or less for labor, two sided second color add another $50 per color for labor, 1000 or less.

Pearl and metallic colors another 18.00 per 100/ $12 per 250

For imprinting your logo we need a camera ready image or an additional charge will be levied for artwork. Camera ready must be only two colors; black on white (photocopies and faxes are not camera ready) your image can not exceed 5 inches wide nor 6 inches in height for 11 inch balloons and 4.5 inches wide nor 5.5 inches in height for 9 inch balloons.

All copy or other materials submitted to us for printing purposes will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, patent, right of privacy, copyright and similar protection.

Because of the nature of our business, the balloons must be paid for in advance, either by a major credit card, by money order or check. Once your balloons are imprinted we can no longer use them, thus all imprints must be pre-paid for before imprinting can begin.

The cost for shipping will be actual, we don't charge a handling fee like most of our competition and as you can see from a sampling above, we have made a number of customized balloons for a number of large as well as small firms that keep coming back for more and more

We need ten to fifteen business days to complete your order once payment is received, five business days advance notice in the months of April, May, June and December; please allow an extra week to ten days when making payment by check.
