All wholesale transactions are by either email or via the internet, if you prefer not to make payment via credit using an online secure server, in addition to accepting checks and or postal money orders, we also offer the option of providing your credit card information by telephone once an email invoice is first generated.

An email invoice will itemize your purchase, offer any and all incentives or discounts you are entitled to and offer you a number of options to remit payment. In order to generate an email invoice, we will need your billing and or shipping address, a short description of each item and corresponding item number(s) along with the amount you wish to purchase.

For orders of our special line of mylar balloons; 100 or less (10 lots or less) from our handy online shopping cart, the charge for shipping is set at $3.25 per lot, licensed character are $3.95 per lot .
We do offer a number of discounts for volume sales and or for orders not placed using the shopping cart. The first discount we can offer you if you purchase more than 10 lots (100+) of our mylar or latex balloons is a reduced charge for shipping.

If you wish to remit payment by credit card, we need the name as it appears on the card, the credit cards billing address and a day time telephone number. Please do not send to us via email the actual credit card numbers, only the name as it appears on the card, the address where your credit card statement is sent to, the shipping address as well as a telephone number.

With the exception of some solid color, special purchase, panoramas and licensed character line of balloons, we normally sell from our online catalog our single sided silver lined as well as a select number of double sided mylar balloons in lots of ten for $ 3.79 and most of the rest of our double sided in lots of ten for $ 4.90.

Volume orders of our line of single and some double sided balloons are as low as 49 cents each.

If you wish to purchase our mylar balloons in volume, we offer a number of discounts. For orders exceeding 500 but not more than 1000, deduct 5%, for orders exceeding 1000 but not more than 2000 deduct 10%. If you purchase 2000 or more of our special line of single sided mylar balloons and you remit payment by check or money order; your cost will be only $ 0.35 each. For double sided balloons, your cost will be only $ 0.45 each.

There are some restrictions on this volume discount as to your minimum order. You may only order in lots of 50 or more for each style of balloon to take advantage of these extra large volume discounts.

You can order any style or design as long as they are in lots of 10, shipments using Pay Pal for funding are only shipped to your confirmed address. No returns or credit issued except for manufactures defects or shipments damaged in transit. If you believe your order was damaged in shipment, contact us immediately via email so we may file an insurance claim against the carrier. Failure to do so in a timely manner may force us to not honor your request for a credit or refund. No returns accepted without an RMA number, no RMA will be issued on orders received in excess of 10 business days.
If your order is sent back to us because you either provided an incorrect address, were unavailable when our shipper arrived and or your order was returned to us because you either refused the shipment or failed to retrieve it in a timely manner; there is a 15% restocking fee, and we DO NOT refund the cost for shipping and you pay all return fees.
CANCELLATION FEE:
Should you elect to cancel all or part of your order after it has been processed and sent to fulfillment, there is a mandatory cancellation fee of either $10 or 10% of your total purchase price whichever is greater. Shipping fees will be refunded but once orders have been shipped we are unable to cancel.
